Once a client makes a choice, Co-construct shows the related cost information in real time and updates the total project cost. You can easily create a change order comprised of multiple client selections, add any builder's fees, and make it available online. You and your client securely log in to make your electronic signoff without having to fax paperwork.

Client Questions & Messages
With Co-construct, you no longer need e-mail to communicate with clients. All of your conversations and client questions are kept in the site, attached to their relevant topics, like a selection item or warranty request. For example, clicking on the comments for the “Plumbing Fixtures” shows you the entire conversation between the builder, buyer, and designer, no matter who said what or when, regarding the fixtures. The paper trail is there for everyone to see, ending the "he said... she said."

To-Do & Warranty Lists
During both construction and warranty, you can manage work items for your team and subcontractors, including having Co-construct automatically send work requests and daily summaries to everyone involved. Subcontractors can also log into the site at any time to monitor their tasks. After closing, clients can enter warranty requests directly into the site, where you can approve them, mark them as done, and have clients provide verification.
