Alaska Construction Academies, in Anchorage, Alaska

The Alaska Construction Academies help to recruit, train and place individuals in the construction industry; headquartered in Anchorage.

The purpose of the Academy is for agencies to combine resources to attract and train young people and adults in the Anchorage area to first jobs in construction and trade apprenticeship programs.

Funded by the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the Denali Commission, the AkCA includes academies in several locations in Alaska, which are highlighted on its website, along with its other programs, awards, and reports.
